Kari Hoy is a Senior Research and Project Assistant at ShadowBox. She holds a BS in Psychology with a business focus from Penn State University and has 20 years of professional experience in cultivating and training high-caliber teams across various complex environments. Kari is committed to helping organizations move beyond standard operating procedures by enhancing existing training programs through the integration of cognitive skills training. Originally from State College, Pennsylvania, she currently resides in San Jose, California. When she’s not working, you can undoubtedly find her researching criminal decision-making, hiking the beautiful California landscape, indulging in foodie activities, and spending time with dogs.
